We selected Matt over the other Brokers that we met with because of the analytical approach that he took towards selecting a listing price, the comprehensive marketing strategy that was included for the the commission, and his experience. We also appreciated that he made us feel confident in our listing, but did not oversell us or make it seem like the sale was a given. There were other brokers who took this approach because of the current market, which made us question the level of effort they would put into getting us the most money for our house. Matt was great to work with. His strategy towards selling our house was based in the analytics of online marketing, and his years of experience. He was responsive, and had a great support team working with him. His sales plan resulted in multiple offers on our house in the first two days. I would definitely recommend Matt Barker to friends and family that are looking to sell.
