This facility has been utterly disappointing for over one year. The Director or now principal (Amanda) and the Assistant Director (Samantha) should not be in charge of that facility. All they do is gossip in the front office other times you cant find a single person to talk to regarding a question or concern. They hire awful teachers to take care of your children. When a parent brings up a disgruntled situation, they tend to sweep it under the rug. They dress like teenagers versus professional staff. They dont know how to have a civil and adult conversation without having a back up such as another staff member or a police officer. They are disrespectful, they harass you, they do not solve issues, and continue to foster a hostile environment. I would never recommend this faculty to anyone!!

We toured a few other preschools and they were nice, but when we stepped into the Prestige Preschool Academy in Eagan, it was one of those happy "Wow!" moments; Clean, welcoming and safety-oriented, but most importantly with the staff that is beyond wonderful, it feels like family or long time friends taking care of your kid! My boys love going there and love ALL of their awesome teachers. I am so appreciative of their kind and loving staff, including the Center Directors and we look forward to each day in school! Highly recommend it!
