        This is the second time I have worked with Tom Bennerotte and his team and they were outstanding to work with both times! They are there when you need them for anything and I received a settlement both times. I didn't think twice about calling him again when I was rear ended this past year. He is a great negotiator!!         I met Tom because my parents were in a bad crash and needed help not only getting money for their car, because they got offered a minimal amount, but also needed help getting their medical costs paid due to the severe injuries that left them with life long effects. Tom helped them get a settlement from the at-fault driver that also gave them money for the pain and suffering they had gone through as a result of the crash. Since then I have referred several different people to Tom and I have heard nothing but great things from every one of them. Their accidents range from small to large and have all had the same wonderful experience. I hear from them periodically and they always tell me "Thank you!" for sending them to Tom. Definitely give these guys a call for any legal need you may have. Update! Tom just helped me with my own accident. It was a long 4 year ordeal. I had injuries that resulted in surgery. Not only did he help me get a settlement with the at-fault carrier, but he helped me get a settlement with my own carrier through my underinsured motorist coverage. Tom and his team are top notch.
