image This daycare is everything you could ever want for your family. Our first child was born during COVID, so upon our first introductions here, she was pretty shy. Since being a part of the EMAN family, not only has she become more confident and outgoing, she has become so intelligent and learned so much already at such a young age. The curriculum they set for each age group is wonderful and you can tell how hard they work with the kids, both in group settings and one on one. They helped potty train our little girl, their communication is outstanding, they plan lots of fun events for the kids, and they send monthly emails regarding what the educational focus is for each classroom. We just recently introduced our newest little girl into the infant classroom and I have never felt so confident that we are leaving our girls in wonderful hands here at EMAN. I really couldnt ask for anything better for their growth and development within a daycare. The staff and management go above and beyond and by far deserve more than 5 stars honestly!

image In the first few months we were enrolled, the teachers (and director) that we had met with all left the school. The first one left within the first 2 weeks of us starting the program! As each good teacher left, the quality of education and discipline within the classes dropped, to the point where our child said that his teacher was "mean and yelled at him" while he reported being physically attacked by other children. Meanwhile he was blamed for reacting to the bullying of other children and ineffectual teachers.
The constant turnover also resulted in our children being bumped around to different classes and teachers due to lack of staffing for the appropriate age groups.
I would not recommend ever enrolling your children in this school. Even after the new management took over, the problematic staff remained, while the ones that our children were happy and comfortable with had their hours cut, and were forced to look elsewhere for employment. All of this commentary also applies to Eagan Montessori Academy South, who was the original management. But again, the new management did not remove the problematic teachers, so the feedback still applies.

image Eagan Montessori Academy & Child Care North has exceeded our expectations. The dedicated staff, engaging curriculum, and safe environment have made it the perfect place for our child's early education. We've seen incredible growth and development in our little one, and we're grateful for this outstanding center. Highly recommended!

image We loved the teachers we had. However, management was very micromanaging and yelled at teachers. My son was forced to trace his name over and over, in a school touting they are a Montessori. They do NOT use very many Montessori methods. Ive seen screens on daily. They watch someone on YouTube do Yoga.
If youre looking for a Montessori setting, go elsewhere.
Since weve left (my son aged out) all the teachers we knew and loved, left due to a major problem. They were good humans and didnt say why. The turn over for teachers was very high.
Janet, the school financial person was absolutely wonderful and worked with us throughout our whole time there.

image EDIT TO ADD:
Today their pre k teacher miss karishma told me nonchalantly she told my daughter she would take her blanket away at nap time if she didnt go to sleep the protocol is that the child is supplied with books or something to keep them busy with their blanket and pillow. When I confirmed that that read the process miss karishma informed me that yes it was but she told me that she told my daughter if she didnt go to sleep it would be or else as in take her blanket away from her at nap time! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DAYCARE IF THEYRE SET TO BE IN THIS TEACHERS CLASSROOM! This is an update to my previous review as I dont have access to that account anymore. But originally this daycare was absolutely amazing - my daughter began to progress in the classrooms and age and the daycare has not been able to maintain steady teachers for around a year now. The teachers are constantly changing and the daycare isnt notifying of permanent changes to teachers and youll be greeted by who their new teacher is two weeks after they started. My daughter is also extremely independent - the daycare teacher assumed I was not putting her in a diaper when I bring her in. Asked me to put on in her under her dresses before I brought her in! I DO! My daughter was actually unsupervised long enough to go to the bathroom by herself and because none of the teachers had proper training in the classroom they had no idea she was going to the bathroom and changing and didnt have access to her pull ups. So the teachers automatically assumed I was just sending her without one and asked me to start sending her in one.
From there the new management mashi and her husband are enforcing a dress code suggestion as well as her new teacher that shorts need to be under dresses. I have noted that I understand this but seeing as the dress code notes is a suggestion that Im not going to force her if she refuses.
I AM STILL GETTING MINDERS! And being asked to leave work to bring her shorts even though this is a suggestion. And when I tell them Im upset that this keeps getting brought up I get gas lit and told that theyre only worried about her safety on the playground with wood chips. I keep telling them I know this but she is refusing shorts and since its not required why am I getting minders - commence more gas lighting about how theyre just worried about her safety with the wood chips.
While we made it clear that she is independent and changing herself and the school finally believed us - her teacher then lifted her dress in the middle of the class in front of all the other students to see if she had a diaper on..
This school used to be amazing but there is definitely an agenda being pushed here - they have burned through all of their center managers - I have seen 3 different ones in the less than 3 years I have been here.
Honestly I believe Im the only one going through this issue but to find out my daughters been in a dress and no pull up more than once and then to be assumed its MY FAULT! - Im disgusted by how this daycare runs.
