Tyler helped us purchase a duplex in Saint Paul. We were focused on a very specific type of house in a very specific type of location (ie. picky). He was always patient, willing to offer insights based on his experience, and full of deep knowledge about the various idiosyncrasies of the different eras of homes we toured.
