I have to echo the exact same reviews that have recently been posted on here about the lack of actual patient care at this facility. I was given a lot of excuses and nothing else.

If I could give it a zero I would. The nurses are clueless on what they are doing. They have zero respect towards the waiting patient. When you ask them a simple nursing question everything is Ill get back to you on that which kind you took them over 45 min to figure out. Ridiculous. Dont even get me started on the front desk. Completely unprofessional, they lack a he care and empathy in this facility. The idea of patient care doesnt exist to them.

Doctors take notes off the last appointment and physician seen. My daughter is having sinus pain for 4 months. They call it behavioral and want to give her psychiatric medication, instead of antibiotics. Eyes are red and face is swollen. She is hitting her face and pinching her face, is congested. She has cuts on her ears and bruises on her face. HP ent said we can't tell if she's having pain or sinus issues or not and CT scan doesn't tell if she has one either. She tells me she hurts on an aac device. Her social worker, OT, and speech therapist tell me she's sick and she looks like she has a sinus infection . There is no help, empathy or care here.

I seen Dr. Sharma and she seemed really nice. I do not usually go to this clinic but it was the soonest I could get in. She and a student told me to wait in the room to give me a cup and they never returned. I went to the lab area and it looks like everyone was rushing out of the clinic because they were closing. I asked the lab if I should get the cup from them for a urine sample and they told me to sit down for a blood test? No one really knew what they were doing. The only reason I am giving this clinic 2 stars is because the student was really nice.
