Foot injury from work and Claims Rep Peggy Adermann says my doctor visit is not within a reasonable timeframe so it won't be covered. I asked her what a reasonable timeframe is and she couldn't answer. Proceeds to call me a con artist. Claims rep being a detective here I guess? Called back and got a diff rep who was very respectful and confirms there's no such thing as a timeframe. Peggy must be getting that cash under the table. Too bad TBG doesn't record their calls.
