        Employee asked me what I needed. I said I needed a 3/16 allen, that was it. He proceeded to start questioning what could I possibly need this for. I told him it was based on the bike rack company's website that this was the size allen I needed, though I understand uncommon. I didn't ask for his opinion. He said he "does a lot of bike stuff" and didn't believe I had the right tool. Well, I did. Bike rack is fixed. As a woman, I won't be back to this Ace. I appreciate the shops that treat me the same as a man who walks through the door and not question what I'm purchasing. I didn't come in looking for help. Sincerely, a woman who more than capable in the garage and does the majority of her own mountain bike and motorcycle servicing.
