        Very prompt call this morning after leaving a service request on their website over the weekend. Residential tech Al called on his way and showed up and got to work replacing our broken springs. Al was very professional and had us up and operational quickly. He checked the door over, lubed what needed and say we were good to go. It doesnt get any better. Great service all around. Thanks Overhead!!!

        Tried working with this company. Scheduled me a couple weeks out. They canceled on me same day they were supposed to come out. We rescheduled. They called to cancel on me again. At least they called 12 hours in advance this time. Going to work with a different company on my garage door.

        Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Karen from the service desk was prompt, direct, and polite in responding to my inquiries. And the service tech that came out, Abner, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I had broken springs replaced and the work was completed in under an hour. Thanks for taking care of me. You guys rock!
