Patterson Dental

My practice has been a Software, Equipment and Dental Supply customer of Patterson for some years now and we have consistently had good service and professional interactions with Patterson Dental. From purchasing Dental Supplies with the excellent knowledge, help and superb guidance of our local rep, Danielle Phillips; getting excellent support with EagleSoft Installs and Upgrades with guys like Jared or Mitchell on the Eaglesoft install desk; interacting in special circumstances with a EagleSoft Product Specialist like Dillon Miller or having the Area Manager, Matt Schweikher visit our office...everything which we have experienced about this company's culture is positive, constructive and relationship-oriented. I know other Dentists across our State that use Patterson and in comparing notes, our collective experiences sync up and that, my friend, is a good feeling. This is a review that I should have written long ago. It consequently has been well earned by Patterson through their service and product delivery on every level. If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

Had X-ray calibration scheduled 3 months in advance. Received a phone call from Patterson rep stating that they are cancelling due to Our Platinum client needing service on this day. Made it as clear as day what this companys philosophy is. Glad our business did not spend a dime on Patterson. And never will! Better service from Benco.

They said "What is this" to a shot of my jaw aka bone near root. Never heard from them on that. There must be a better place. My 70 Y.O. teeth are great. o. teeth are great.
