The few people in control of finical aid for this school are very unprofessional. I attended Everest in 2010 and started going to Inver Hills Community College spring of 2013. I needed transcripts from Everest to receive financial aid for the semester at Inver. I left several messages, sent several e-mails, had spoken to a woman named Emma also several times. She always told me she would have my transcripts email over by the end of the day. Three weeks go by and I still hadn't received them from her. I had to drive over there and wait for someone to get back from lunch to have a copy printed. Now I have moved an hour north this summer so I am attending North Hennepin Community College and they need transcripts from Everest. Needless to say my experience with the "financial aid" department has been equally irritating and frustrating. I have been asking for my transcripts from the same woman, Emma for six weeks and have spoken to her at least five times and am still waiting on my transcripts. My first day of class starts in five days and I positive I won't have books. Thanks Everest :)
