Repair and maintenance shops beware. Once you get through the initial paperwork when you first begin servicing vehicles that are part of a fleet of which Enterprise manages, you will get paid on each invoice within two days. Then, out of the blue, they will skip an invoice and not pay it, but they will proceed to pay all of the invoices coming in after the one they had skipped like nothing happened. When you contact them about the outstanding invoice, they will not respond, or if you can get through with the help of someone from the fleet company, Enterprise will tell you that they'll look into it. It could take up to two and a half months to collect on the skipped invoice. Once paid, you think that it was an honest mistake, until it happens again. Then you know it's time to tell the fleet drivers to go somewhere else. You finally get the payment for your next skipped invoice well over two months after you have quit all work on their vehicles. You had better have a vigilant bookkeeper if you want to service vehicles that are managed by Enterprise. In the end, if you don't catch it, they sure aren't going to tell you about it. I have one star in this review because I can't post the review unless I give it at least one.
