I took one online graduate course and it was absolutely terrible. The instructor had a fly-by-night degree, was unreachable, gave zero feedback, used no lecture material, and used only the textbook and death by Powerpoint. My student peers were extremely low-caliber as well. All of this is unacceptable given what they charge per class. Absolute robbery and they're constantly laying off employees to stay profitable.

I have tried to contact my clinical training coordinator and two other staff members in student services with questions regarding when I would receive my degree, and why there is a hold on my account. I passed all of my classes, I attended the graduation ceremony etc.. and no one could explain the hold. NOT one person would return my calls or emails. My clinical training coordinator tried to cc our email with a woman from student services. I told her that I have been waiting for a reply back from her for weeks and she said "she will reply now because I AM in the email." Like are you kidding? Are you more important? Are you trying to say she is not going to respond to me because I am lesser or JUST a student? Still have not heard from anyone. No one tried to follow up with me. I call and call back and I have just been ignored. I finally spoke to someone who I told needed to tell me what was going on and that I would not hang up the phone until I had an answer. She said "your account has been approved as of 3 days ago." OK...and no one called me to tell me? I have been in a panic for months that they were missing a form from me or something else more serious. So she now says that she has my petition to graduate to mail, in which I will now need to wait another 4 weeks to receive my degree on top of the supposed 12 weeks. Then I get a call back 5 minutes later saying, "actually we do not physically have your petition to graduate, we lost it." Seriously? I filled this out in AUGUST of 2017, ceremony was in OCTOBER of 2017 and I completely finished classes end of NOVEMBER 2017. This is absolutely ridiculous. So now I have to fill out another one, get it to them, and wait longer. AND I DO NOT LIVE CLOSE TO CAMPUS. I have never felt so unimportant and ignored by administration EVER. I would really love to send a formal complaint towards each administrator so that this does not happen to another student. But who has the time to drive back and forth to a far campus for them to just disregard or maybe not even care to show up for a formal hearing. What a JOKE.

Horrible Terrible Aweful. Over book classes for courses that require certain amounts of time in labs but conveniently they do NOT have enough equipment in the labs to cover all the hours needed by each of the students thus requiring having to take the classes for a second time to move on in your studies. DO YOUR RESEARCH! I'm stuck with $15k in school debt and NO degree to show for it.
