        Str8 glass pimps. These boys do a professional job in a timely fashion. The big fella is an old glass guru and the bearded wonder has great attention to detail. Keep pimpin that glass yall.

        I'm typically not one to post negative reviews but I'm disappointed in the (non) service provided by Ideal Auto Glass. I had a rock chip in my windshield that needed repairing and someone suggested Ideal. I called Ideal on a Monday (8/28). The person I spoke to said they could come out Wednesday, between 2-5pm. Took all my info and said it'd cost $100. Wednesday came around and it was a no-call, no-show. I understand falling behind but you could at least call to let me know. I waited until Thursday morning, thinking maybe I'd get a call explaining what happened. No call. So I decided to take my business elsewhere that was able to get me in that Friday and only charged me $50.

      Pa I'm sorry we couldn't get your car done. The day you called I was riding solo in my van and somehow I miss placed your paper with your info. I'm glad you got it done for a lesser rate. Again I do apologize. If you ever need another chip repair done don't hesitate to call. I'll save a free chip for you.
