        this place is worse than my last apartment. we have been here for 6 months and the carpets in the hallway are absolutely disgusting and need to be replaced. the floor in the trash/laundry room ( yes they are in the same place) has never ONCE been mopped. there are lastly garbage spills in the hallway that have been there for months. the water is constantly turned off. (it is turned off now as i type. ) the police are here EVERY WEEK!! its pretty ridiculous. they never give us any information on why the police are here or when they will be cleaning the place up. if youre going to move here, move into the newer building. the older ones are not well kept at all and are very out dated. the only thing i like is the price. i pay 1100 for a one bedroom which is the cheapest i could dine in the area.

        I've been battling cockroaches in building two since I moved in. Deathly afraid of taking them with me when I move. I don't know if it's disgusting neighbors, or the indoor garbage chute, but I'm constantly stressed out to say the least.

        I have stayed at these apartments for 3 years now. When we got to our lease renewal it went up significantly for our one bedroom.. 1400 for a 1 bed that is subpar and barely has amenities.. I just looked on the site and it is not listed for as much as we pay. Its frustrating to feel as though we are being charged more than we should be when we have been in these apartments for so long. Neighbors are loud and obnoxious, kids running through the halls, Marijuana smell in the stairwell, there was dog poop in the lobby. They will also charge you extra if you are even a day late on rent, no grace period.

        I love Glen Pond the workout room is amazing. Its quaint but effective. I really like the staff here they are so helpful. Ive lived in a lot of places but Glen Pond really feels like home. One of the coolest things about Glen pond is the ease of access to essentials its close to everything from freeway entries to stores and services. If youre looking to come to Eagan i would definitley stop in and take a look. Its worth it.

        Ive been a Resident here since 2009. The new staff this year in the office and maintennance have been really helpful. One of the coolest places to live in Eagan. I highly recommend Glen Pond for anyone moving to Eagan.
