Since 2013 we have opted out of phone book delivery for 17 buildings with 70 townhomes. Every year they still delivery them, leaving them in plastic bags in the rain no less. Every year we have to call them, every year we give them a list of the 70 addresses. We now have soggy bags of phone books that look like trash on the front steps of our buildings. Perhaps DEX should be paying us for the time involved for the hassle and trash that we have to take care of. Ridiculous!!!!!

They keep billing you no matter how many times you cancel. Did you know DexYP bills on a 13 month contract? Not who you want to work with.

Absolutely ridiculous guys!! I just can't believe that you still waste the environment with paper phone books!?!? We live in Eden Prairie and received 2 books that immediately hit the recycling without even looking at.. stil in the plastic delivery bag.. I also own a small business in Eden Prairie... again we are a very small business, only 3 employees, and we received 4 more books of these useless paper garbage/ "Recycling" sh**! Stop the madness! Stop your paper wasting business, as 98% of people these days won't even flip through your book! I Will be stopping the service online but make it an option to Opt "IN" rather than wasting your time and product. Don't just deliver when most houses throw this out anyway!
