I wanted to share my experience with the customer service department from the call center, (separate from us) with this in-mind.

THE CALL CENTER IS JUST THAT!
A call service center.
They do not work in the retail store.
Please keep in mind
If you have any questions or problems ask for a supervisor immediately!
The call center can be frustrating,
not very helpful at times,
some customer representatives may not be to understanding,friendly, fast,or educated in the process.
so when calling business to business
I have experienced the same service.
Its not the folks in the local Retail Stores!
We will always assist or help our customers with the process of canceling their account as you are told this from our terms and conditions We are happy to provide any support you may need at any time.
