This was the first custom clothing order we have done for our resort. It was a large order with many items. We were impressed with the patience Duluth Screen Printing gave us as they taught us about the ordering process along the way and helped us get the artwork just the way we wanted. We wish we could say that everything went perfectly and our entire order was picked up at once without any hiccups. However, we can actually say something better. We placed our order during the pandemic with supply problems that all of us are familiar with no matter what our business is. So, there were a couple backorders and one minor printing error. Duluth Screen Printing did an amazing job at correcting the mistake and keeping track of the backorders until our order was complete and correct. With our order we got to see how Duluth Screen Printing personnel take care of their customers when things don't go exactly as planned. They have earned our business for years to come.
