Ive always had wonderful experiences going to this clinic. Everyone is calm, friendly, and welcoming in the front, and the nurses and Dr. equally so. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Johnson in getting an IUD inserted. She offered a local anesthetic, which, while being incredibly effective (very little pain or discomfort during insertion) isnt always offered or administered by doctors before insertion. She was clear and informative about my about personal potential risks in using an IUD, yet fully let me make decisions and acknowledged my autonomy in making these decisions for myself. If Im living in the northland, I will always go to this clinic for any reproductive health concerns or procedures!

We went in for a mix of positive and negative at home pregnancy tests and they said they would give a blood test. On going in, they didn't give a blood test and the medical assistant was incredibly rude.
