Barb Hanson, is the best realtor, Adolphson Real Estate Inc are very lucky to have her. She went above and beyond. Sold my father house, answered all my question, and actually got what the house was worth. I recommend Barb 110%. If you are interest in selling your house. Please look up Barb. She actually cares.

Greg Tesdahl is a realtor that I hope never darkens my doorstep again. He was very rude; showed up early to a last-minute showing that we allowed (15 minutes' notice), and said "That's what happens when you list a house." He even TOLD me not to shut my own door. This guy cockily said the folks who said they were going to write up offers were all talk and no action. (Mind you, we got written offers from 50% of our showings.) He was nosy and pushy, asked questions about who we bought the house from, if offers had been made, and was very abrupt. I am very thankful that this guy wasn't my realtor.-I'd have fired him in a heartbeat.

Made the stress of buying a home worse. The agents I had did not respond to requests I made and I needed to have my boyfriend call to in order for them to follow through. They worked for the seller and not me. I was so disappointed with them. This is the 4th home I have bought and I have never been treated so poorly or worded with a husband/wife team who were so unprofessional. When reported to the owner, there was no follow through. Working with this company cost me thousands of dollars and I was not represented by them. They did NOT work for me, they did NOT make buying a home less stressful, I would NEVER use this company.

Horrible experience buying a home using Tom. He hurried me into a home and suggested a home that he said was a sound home. However the home that I purchased was a horrible mistake and now I'm stuck with it. Buyer beware....... Find a different realtor and find your own home inspector. I will never use him or his agency again.
