Gables & Ivy Real Estate

I would never consider using this company after what they are trying to do in my neighborhood. I live in a rural/residential neighborhood in Fredenberg Township, about 20 miles outside of Duluth. My neighbor went to Gables and Ivy to sell his property. This property runs along my property and those of several other neighbors. This property was never put on the market. Instead, wanting to make more money for herself and my neighbor, the agent reached out to gravel pit companies. Now my neighbors are in the fight of our lives trying to keep a gravel pit out of our immediate neighborhood. None of us knew this was happening until we received a letter from the county zoning commission and we were all shocked and horrified. The property is surrounded by wetlands and lakes. We all moved out here and invested in our properties because of the quality of life it gives us and the peace and quiet of living close to nature. If they succeed in getting their permit to open the gravel pit and selling it to them, the quality of all our lives will be impacted negatively forever. The constant noise, dust and traffic is what we will live with from 7am-8pm, 6 days a week from April to December. It will have an adverse affect on the environment and will lower our property values. There are at least 15 homes within a quarter of a mile of the property and at least 90 other properties that will be affected by this. How could a company intentionally do this much harm to so many?

Best landlords ever! Rented from them for a house and they always answered questions and were fast to fix anything we needed in a timely manner! Definitely suggest renting from them!
