Hart Parking Ramp

This place is sketchy af. It seems like the city is working to improve lighting but after 10pm the stairwell was full of tweakers.

Quite literally a horror film experience. You'll feel like you're in a zombie movie walking in and out of the ramp. You'll also be offered a variety of pungent smells in the ramp and stairwell. I wouldn't trust the elevator. Find somewhere else to park.

Worst parking ramp Ive ever used. The screen on the exit machine was shattered. The instructions for use unclear. I was left there for the longest time trying to get assistance. Finally when two people responded they were super rude. Beneath the exit machine was a pile of trashed tickets (clean your dump up) so when I accidentally dropped my ticked I had now way to tell which one was mine!!! When the woman came over to the machine she was awful! I told her my dad is in icu and I need to get over there! Im in a hurry. And she kept repeating herself ignoring what Im telling her. Absolute horror show. They need to fix so much about this place.

Not a safe place to park. Although the parking garage has security our bike was stolen from our bike rack during the middle of the day while an attendant was working. Not sure why they even bother having someone sitting in a room with security camera feeds all day.

I have been to a LOT of parking ramps. Never one this bad. There were multiple people stumbling around like zombies at the entrances and exits in broad daylight clearly under the influence of a multitude of substances...Fortunately most were wearing clothes, some were not. I heard the N word appallingly shouted out several times throughout the ramp. Graffiti everywhere, the elevator lobbies were soaked with urine and had clearly been there in some spots for multiple days sticky and caked on the floor. Reeked of foul odors and bodily fluids. The elevator was heavily damaged and vandalized. I could not possibly get my family out of that ramp fast enough. I returned later without them to move my vehicle to a different area. This ramp was so bad it makes me not want to do anything else around the area so I can avoid using it.
