        My mother had an appointment at 12:55. Finally got in after waiting over 20 minutes. Most times an hour from start to finish. This time 2 hours. One of the worst appointments we've had. No explanation. It's like our time means nothing yet they get paid for us sitting around.

        My experience at Retina consultants of Minnesota was a very good experience from the friendly and helpful receptionist, to the Nurses who did the exams and prep to see Dr. to the interaction with the Dr. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was having retina problems.
