        TERRIBLE customer service. I have been a customer for years and when I had a claim, was treated poorly and left with thousands of dollars out of pocket due to an unpaid claim because my insurance was cancelled without my knowledge, NINE months early! Completely unprofessional. Canceled multiple personal and business accounts and took business elsewhere. Don was exceptionally rude, used derogatory language, and was very unprofessional. The bottom line is he dropped the ball. I put my trust and business in a company who didnt deserve it, and his mistake cost me thousands of dollars.
