Insulation project of attic space in existing home. My roof started developing ice dams and leaking after 20 years. Old insulation was no longer effective. DBS sent Uriah out for a free quote very quickly. He evaluated and explained everything, step-by-step, that would be involved. All questions answered. The project was scheduled in a timely manner. Very prompt communication ongoing. Nick & Rob showed up on the job on the date and time as specified. Nick was very informative and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of all that was being done and shared pictures as the project progressed. He was professional and personable. The project was completed in the time frame stated. Everything was cleaned up before they departed. My home felt immediately warmer!! Unfortunately, at this time, I will not know if this will prevent future ice dams, but I am very optimistic. I was guaranteed they would come back and revisit the issue if it is not resolved. Thank you Nick and DBS.

We used DBS to have our foundation stabilized so it would quit sinking in addition to adding a sump pump, the WaterGuard system to help with the condensation leaking into the basement and the dehumidifier system for the basement. Starting from the first visit getting a quote to the end with the guys finishing the work, every single person was amazingly professional. When I got to be nosey and wanted to see what was happening the guys would explain every bit of the process and how this was helping my home. The guys that came to my home were great, I would like to point out Trevor, Gavin, Osia, and Erik these guys know their jobs and got it done quick. A+ work. I loved everything about working with DBS. From the initial call to completion everything and everyone was great. They were not the first company I call, but they are the last and only I one I will ever call back. The solution they offered was the correct one and the best one for the situation, unlike what the others' I spoke to had proposed. And they were the most affordable. One on my basement walls was bowing to the point where there was no option but to fix it. After speaking to other companies, I had been left with the feeling that would we end up losing the house because the rates were so high. But after consulting with Dakota from DBS, I was floating on cloud 9. Not only could I fix and stay within budget, the solution would actually pull the wall back to straight. The others had only proposed would have stopped the wall from coming in any further. Then they were here a few weeks later, showed up on time, got everything done in one day, and didn't interfere with my work which is done from home over the phone. Trevor was great. Explained everything they were doing, maintenance, gave me his phone number if I had any questions come up in the future. Everything went precisely as they said. No complications. Neither can be said for any of my past experiences with any other contractor. DBS should be the only call anyone with basement issues calls. I can not recommend them highly enough.
