      image I attended a holiday celebration where we gathered in conference room, I asked the front desk if they had a chair with arms that I could use as my disability causes problems with my hips to the point of dislocation. The worker at the front desk just said no, we even asked if we could borrow one from lobby to move the few feet to the conference room. The worker again rudely said no. This location is not accommodating in the slightest if you have any type of mobility issue I'd definitely go elsewhere. I've been treated with more respect at a fast food place

      image Second time staying here and it is now our go to place in Duluth! Exceptionally clean hotel, plenty of parking, spacious lobby, great continental breakfast, friendly staff and nice pool area!

      image This hotel is located close to every place we wanted to see. The hotel is family friendly. The best part, it is NO SMOKING. Everywhere smelled fresh and clean. The staff are helpful, respectful, and professional. Will definetly choose here next time. Will definetly refer people to here.
      Rooms: We slept well on the cozy beds.
