They couldn't provide me transportation for a long time then they tried refusing it after id gotten authorized...ended up booking me w the one company had asked not to be booked with...when I called to see what was going on and if I could get a different one they kept me on hold and hung up after 20 min. They keep hanging up now after I enter my information...maybe I'm blocked?? Wrote this a while back... It's gotten worse of all the times I've had to find my own transportation these ppl can't even get me there 50%of the time??!! That's aweful.

The customer service I experienced was excellent. The agent was polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the insurance. He made everything clear and explained things very well.
