I had a main water line break to my house. I contacted Contour and by the next day I had a date scheduled for the work needed. The crew was very professional and answered any questions I asked. I had constant communication on arrival times and completion date. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. The area was roped and barricaded to prevent any pedestrian issues. It was highly visible even at night. I highly recommend Contour. Thank you all, I appreciate the overall work and final product.

I had a great experience with Contour. They answered all my questions. They were patient with me while I shopped for multiple quotes. (Which did all come back about the same, if the other companies got back to me at all.) They occasionally checked in with me to see if I needed any more information without being pushy. Once I was ready to get the sewer line replaced, they were able to get it scheduled far quicker than we initially thought possible. It went very smoothly, they were done in two days, which is exactly how long they quoted. We were able to change the plan slightly to include doing the rest of the sewer pipe that runs under the slab to the bathroom stack very easily, too. They cleaned up after themselves, and all the guys were very friendly when I stopped by to check on progress. It was a long process made easier with Contours help. I had tried everything I could to see if the problem could be resolved without having to replace the line, and it being winter. Unfortunately, the pipe was just not salvageable. The guys at Contour were able to give me the final confirmation that replacement was the only option when their machine struggled for a bit with the spot we knew there was a blockage. Them sharing that with me helped give me the final peace of mind that this was the only thing to be done. Having to replace a major part of the houses infrastructure unexpectedly did come with a high price tag, as could be expected. At least it was a painless process once the work was underway. I'm very happy with how it all turned out, and best of all, we can use the plumbing with confidence now!

We had a wonderful experience with Contour! They solved a difficult plumbing problem in a creative way and worked very hard to get the job done. They left the site immaculate and the entire crew could not have been nicer or more respectful. It's a great company.
