Receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment was on time and endodontics explained procedure. Assistant frequently checked with me on my comfort level. Very pleased with results.

My dentist suggested Dr. Phillips at Great Lakes Endodontics to have a root canal done. He did some dental work for my husband a few years ago and I remembered how nice he and his whole staff were so I called right away and got an appointment. I was not looking forward to the procedure but the staff at GL Endodontics put me at ease right from the start. Besides being an excellent dentist, Dr. Phillips is a very nice person. Not surprisingly, his staff members have that same caring way about them. They all want to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed during your procedure. I can honestly say that my root canal was "easy-peasy"! I had just slight discomfort the first day, which was to be expected, but none since then. I highly recommend Dr. Phillips and the GL Endodontics team to anyone who needs to have this type of specialized dental care done! You won't be disappointed.
