        Horrible experience for the SECOND time now. Bought a pair of jean shorts ($50) 2 weeks ago, got home, realized they didnt fit right. I brought them back, all tags still attached, and was offered TEN DOLLARS in store credit (store credit is fine, but ten dollars?!) because I didnt have my receipt. EVEN THOUGH I used a card and gave my full name, address, and contact info at the time of purchase (and have the transaction in my statement for the exact amount.) Even if I had wanted to exchange, Id have been able to get what, a headband? Ridiculous, and Im taken aback by the fact that they dont have any kind of tracking system for their sales. I walked out with their shoddy overpriced fake denim in hand lol.
