Convenient for hours of sitting and provides free services like wifi, library of free movies, audiobooks, games and more. Adjustable foot rest, USB-A ports, power outlets, reclining seats, sunshade visor, seat belts,instructions in another language as well. On time departure and early if all passenger bus checkin and boarding completes early. Announces ETA to destination based on traffic conditions.
Things thats missing are no hand rest for window seat. Things nice to have on a long ride thats missing are like cup holder, plate or laptop holder. Also it feels shaky from vibrations while riding on road.

Took the bus from FAR to MSP. Overall, good value for the cost.
The bus was there well in advance of the departure time, but the driver was not aboard. I went inside to get coffee but some people waited outside in the cold. The driver came out to the bus about 10 min before departure.
The ride down was clean and comfortable although my and my neighbor's feet were cold by the end. The WiFi was spotty and difficult to connect to. No power in the seats that I saw, as mentioned on the website. Lastly, I would have preferred that the confirmation email had more details about the check-in. I emailed customer service with my questions and they were responsive.

I used Landline MSP airport shuttle service in conjunction with my SunCountry flight from MSP to Duluth and then the return trip!! Both routes were on time with pleasant, friendly and cautious drivers!
The buses were so comfortable with reclining seats, outlets to charge your electronic devices and easily accessible free wifi! There was a lavatory on each bus so no stops are necessary!
It was such a a pleasure sitting back in such a warm and comfortable setting and letting the kind driver do all the work transporting us to our destination!
I will use them again in the future (along with my family members) when traveling north to see loved ones!!

The bus seats were roomy and the ride was comfortable. The non-stop route worked well. Easy way to get to Duluth to MSP and back. Thanks. Perhaps - another Duluth area pickup location with free parking would be a good addition. Near Midway Road?
