Northland do not waste ur time w consultations Krause is incredible.I do not know anyone in the companyMid October my heat inspection after living here for 6 yrs said heat distributer was going...Bill Krause honored the 20 yr warranty and surprisngly had the 20 yr warranty on file.Bill and his secretary answer the phone or call back every time in under 4 minutes. My 60 btu heater was installed in under 4 hrs by his smart and proprofessional crew. All under 4000!!!!!Thank u Krause team...

Wow is all I can say! I called on a Sunday afternoon that my furnace was no longer in working order, 24 hours later during the weather getting colder, I have a new furnace installed. Incredibly impressed with the communication, transparency, squeezing me in and installation. Couldn't recommend more!

We had Krause move our gas line and hook it up to the new boiler and they were awesome! Their staff is professional and knowledgeable and they finished the job quickly. Ill definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I had Krause Heating and Cooling do a complete replacement of our furnace and central air conditioning system this summer. When they came for the estimate, Krause noticed that the design of the old furnace plenum did not look very efficient and was likely causing excessive pressure, wear, and heat build-up on the old furnace. He was correct, as we had been having issues with the high limit switch being tripped and other components of the old furnace that were wearing out. Krause took thorough measurements and completely rebuilt the plenum which has provided a noticeably better air flow throughout the house. Both the cooling and heating components of the new system have worked very well and are more efficient than the system it replaced. I like that we were kept informed at every step of the process, that they showed up exactly when they said they would to complete the work, and the bid was competitive. I had Krause do a new house for me (duct, furnace, air exchange, and AC). The crews were exceptionally professional, did a phenomenal job installing (system tested VERY well leak free), and left the site extremely tidy. The crew checked in regularly to see where I was and if I was ready for their next phase, walked me through each step of their process, and did a thorough walk-down of the entire system after final installs. The installer even caught some mistakes another trade made to ensure that their system worked as good as possible. The install was exactly what we wanted, done in a timely manner, was not intrusive to other work going on, and done for a fair price. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future work or recommend them to anyone else. Very good and trustworthy!
