First off, a first weeks ago I went and got one of their childrens axe throwing sets and it was brand new in the box sealed and everything, when I got home it was missing so many pieces, including the axes which was the entire point of the whole game and a few pieces of the frame so it doesnt stand, anyway I went back today just to browse and I saw the set again; this box said missing pieces as well but they had the axes in there so I bought l another one for $40 so my son could have this game at his party. So I go up to the front and the girl working was SO rude. I asked her very politely if they had a return policy because the one I got was missing so many pieces and she kept saying in the rudest tone Im not the person to ask, you need to ask a manager I dont know I dont know and then asked me a question, did it say one the box that it was missing pieces? I said no and was about to say something else and she cut me off saying Im not the person to ask ask a manager the workers here can be so rude for no reason, I understand working in places like that can be stressful but why take it out on the customer. I was with my sisters, and they noticed the rudeness too from this cashier. I have also bought so many things from the truck load they half the time they are missing pieces or dont work, great sales but not sure its worth it. A little irritating also that I had to buy two sets just to still be missing pieces when they are that expensive still and one didnt even clarify that it was. At the end of the day, treat your customers better because they are the ones supporting your store.

Was super excited about B&G club remodeling. Donated a big chunk of money along with others. Only to now not make it affordable for our children to attend. (unless you are a low income family) Our children used to go for 40.00 a year. They have now tripled their prices MONTHLY, to the point where its not even feasible to send your children after school. I never would of donated along with many others had we known our children would no longer be able to attend. I understand now having to pay more elec. and what not, but at this point, give us back the old building where everyone could go again and a decent price. You cant tell me the thrift store doesn't bring in enough money to fund this building. Absolutely ridiculous. Now have this huge building with half the attendees. Just not even right. Almost sickening.
