Rydell Excavating

I had a crazy idea this late fall to have a lake back lot prepped for a large shed. I called Rydell Excavating to inquire how busy they were. We had already had frost and had a short window coming of milder weather. This land had a considerable slope, and was unsure of the hoops Id have to jump through with the county and township to obtain their approvals to proceed. I then met with Rydell Excavating and they walked me through the process and answered many questions. The next day, they presented me with a computer generated aerial drawing (unsolicited), that included elevation levels on the lot and where the building could be best placed for water shed, cost concerns, and curb appeal. It was then I knew this guy knows his stuff, has all the right equipment, etc.; however, would they show up, would their estimate be accurate, would they manage the job to budget??? Having experience, they wrote up and submitted the permit that day and gained all three county approvals within 24 hours. The next day, they accompanied me to a township meeting to seek the approval on the approach that would be needed for heavy trucks delivering class5 (the fill needed). We received approval that night solely because they were there to answer questions and knew of the townships specs on building an approach. The final result is that my lot and approach were completed within a week and I was pleased his estimate on fill and labor were right where he said it would be. His equipment it beyond what was needed for this job and well kept. I look forward to working again with Rydell Excavating next year as I look to clean up trees and brush and wire fencing that have gone untouched for decades. I highly recommend and respect this company.

Joe evaluated my situation and was able to offer knowledgeable solutions. He and his crew showed up in a timely fashion and completed the work quickly. After the work was done, they cleaned up the worksite leaving little to no residual to suggest that they had even been there.

Very fast at returning calls and setting up work related times ..work is excellent and ON TIME pleasure to work with I know if Im gone work will be done and completed ON TIME.
