        This would be a solid 5 star review if it weren't for the rude front desk staff. All of the vets we have seen have been so amazing and compassionate. I have been given looks of judgement and just rudeness over the phone and in person. So sad that that a couple of people can ruin the vibe of an entire clinic.

        Be warned for the Banfield plan. If you have changes in your life as far as moving and there is no longer a Banfield near you, you will be stuck paying for this plan. It was also difficult to bring my pet in solo when other pets were there. One of my pets does not like getting close to other pets. I believe have a few minutes with a cleared lobby for each pet, would help or maybe a side or back door option. Unfortunately, our experience is not a positive experience.
