        This was probably my 4th visit to Don's Small Engine Service, 2nd review. I had nothing but a great experience, again. I can't speak of buying equipment or having work done, but as far as buying parts goes I'm pretty happy. Something I saw on the wall inside the door above the light switch should be seen by everybody. I was that person and still was treated well, for a measly 50 bucks even. I'm assuming I dealt with Don himself mostly but the other guy was pretty helpful as well. Thank you again Don's.

        The worst place to buy or repair equipment, they sold equipment to me without proper receipt, I guess because they knew the equipment was bad and sold it anyways. When I took it back there for return they denied and ask me to pay more than how much I bought it just to repair. Don't go there it's the worst place.

      We are sorry you had issues with your mower, but this was self inflicted. The unit you were sold left our shop freshly maintenanced with clean oil, spark plug, air filter, and non-oyngenated stabilized fuel and started on the first pull. You were also advised that pre-owned units are sold "As Is" with no warranty and with our recommendations on how to avoid the problems you had. When you brought it back in several months later we still looked it over at no charge and found you had obviously used the mower but not serviced the unit as we had recommended. When you try to run mowers with stale contaminated fuel it can cause carburetor issues, which is not covered under manufacturer warranty and certainly not covered under used machines with no warranty. When we tried to talk to you, you refused to work with us and abandoned your mower.
