This location needs to either be closed or a huge overhaul of investigations and people fired!!!! Can't believe that the people who work here turn a blind eye to their coworkers doing foul activity. The disappointment I feel once I found out that my god daughter was abused and it was blamed on another kid. But in due time karma will reveal itself

Great center, awesome staff seem to really care about the kids. My kid comes home happy everyday about his day he had. Always send pictures of the activities and learning they do each day. I would definitely recommend this daycare center.

There are not enough words for me to use to explain how remarkable this center is. This facility has staff that have been there for quite sometime and also the new staff that have arrived but have become WONDERFUL additions to the Universit Ave Kindercare family. The staff and the curriculum that is created makes this the most comfortable environment for my kids and myself. My family and I have been enrolled with KinderCare for more than 7 yrs. I have had 3 children in the program.
I have referred numerous families as well because I love the KinderCare program and curriculum.
I love the way they handle the children while they are in their care, parents are given full communication and it is appreciated especially if you are a parent like me who will have questions. My children look forward to going EVERYDAY and I would not want to have it any other way.
This center I would say does not get half of the credit they deserve.
The Covid-19 pandemic hit and when some of us parents were at a lost to what to do with school closings the director Ms. Heidi and her staff was there to reassure families that they were going to be there to support during these challenging times. They were open on days when school was not. They continued to have structure for the kids. They stepped up for families when schools DID NOT. They had suggestions on what families should do during this time with the kids when schools DID NOT.
To the ENTIRE TEAM at University Ave, On behalf of the Curtis family I say THANK YOU....THANK YOU for ALL you have done and ALL you will continue to do. Please know IT DOES NOT GO UNNOTICED :)
