The service department seems to think it's okay for me to book a service job (almost a month in advance) for a 9 AM Monday appointment and then not call me about starting work until the next afternoon. Then they can't imagine why I get miffed when I am told, "by the way, we may need to keep your car for 3-5 days because we are short of help." The same excuse was used three months ago when I took the car back after hearing the same story. This mistreatment is unacceptable. I will go elsewhere, even though they are my local dealer. (Vote with your dollar.)

It was a great experience from start to finish. Erin was able to get us get more money on our vehicle trade in and was able to get a small price reduction on the purchase of our new 2022 Lincoln Aviator. Erin was very knowledgeable about Lincolns and quickly setup our new vehicle in a matter of minutes. If anyone was in the market to buy a Lincoln, I would highly recommend Erin as your salesperson. You won't be disappointed.
