        In 50 years of taxes, this was my worst experience. I was told they were closing at 3pm on tax day. I finally got the paperwork to sign and quickly got it back to them to get filed. It was not clear that they would not file the completed taxes until they were paid. So, I am waiting to see that all went through the government end properly and 2 months later, I learned that the taxes weren't even filed. No reminders on the bill or anything to notify me the taxes were not filed. They have been paid, taxes filed and I expect penalties from the government. Never again.
