        Spent three hours in the store. First hour spend having to use my broken phone to call their call center to get a line changed. Next two hours was trouble shooting with the salesman how the guy at the call center screwed up the account. During this time I had my final price breakdown shown to me 3 different times as they reprocessed the order during troubleshooting and overcharging me for extra services that I either declined or they slipped in on the final attempt. $35 "Upgrade" fee on top of me purchasing the phone. $30 for a "set up and go" I never requested. Finally $17 per month for insurance that I outright denied.
