        The legends of Columbia Heights, have multiple sets of rules, 1 for the European, another for all other races with the exception of Americans of African Descent....I'm so sick and tired of these Caucasian in this building trying to bully me, talking to me disrespectful. this been an ongoing problem since I moved in here, I have made the staff know this and this same group doing and saying whatever they want, & it don't sit well, Certain residents doing to much, all in people business...This overpriced, ghetto ghetto building, in disrepair, don't clean the carpet, turn the heat off in the hallways, , pipes bursting everywhere, service is terrible! I and dogs always unleashed, and messing in the hallways .... All know this they should keep their tenants in check, because I I'm not going to lethese thugs try me again!
