Do not go here or deal with Kris. As I was walking in, a customer came out saying that she is a scammer, signing contracts in other peoples names. I didn’t think much about it but the longer I was in there the more sense it made. For one, I had to wait for half an hour and when I was being helped, she was extremely rude and kept pressuring me to upgrade my business plan. I told her I was fine with the one I had but she told me I’d be saving more money, but running the numbers, I’d end up paying more for what I didn’t need. I ended up driving the 30 minutes to St. Cloud and got the help I needed.

Beware of fraud! I had a business account set up by Kris Wolbeck, who identified herself as a manager. I explicitly requested that no contracts be attached, and Kris assured me that there would be no contracts. I did not sign any documents at any point in time at TCC. A few months later, I was seeing up to $100 per line charges on each phone, and I inquired about it. Kris assured me that the prices would go down. I then got in contact with an employee of another verizon authorized retailer (Victra), who looked into my account and explained that most of the lines had contracts attached. I reached out to Kris and her only response was that there "should not be any contracts". I requested to be refunded my money, and most importantly, be given a copy of the contract that was in my businesses name. Kris ignored the email (where I inquired about the contract(s)), but she managed to cancel all of the lines. I looked at the account and I currently have over two thousand dollars in early termination fees for five lines! I was also required to pay $400 security deposits for three or four lines at the time of purchasing the phones. After continued attempted contact with TCC, Kris Wolbeck, and other relevant entities, I have not been able to make any progress. I decided to proceed with legal action as it may be the only way to handle this near criminal operation. Please think twice before coming here and avoid the headache, hours of waiting and court filing fees associated with dealing with a situation like this!

Cody and Kris are amazing sales representatives. They are wonderful at presenting options for phones and what each has to offer. There is no pressure to purchase something not wanted. They are extremely courteous and helpful… patient with my numerous questions and need for reexplanations! I will highly recommend Cold Spring Verizon to all of my friends!
