        My experience with Jackson Hewitt started out not so good. I had three different agents work with me on my taxes and each one coming up with a different outcome. BUT once I contacted Sasha and made an appointment to sit down with him things were much different, Sasha was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we completed my taxes in a matter of minutes. On the other hand I feel I was wayyyyy overcharged to have them filed considering I had to travel over 40 miles 4 different times to get this accomplished. I feel like maybe because of my bad experience at the beginning they would have offered to do my taxes free of charge.
