Horrible Agency. They had me wait 5 hours to get a call back then they tried to charge me $25,000 to insure on taxi cab Car. Their extorting people.

Received a great Christmas present from American National Insurance yesterday---they have a Cash Back Program whereby if you have not had any claims in a period of time their insureds receive a nice cash back check in early December. Mine was over $500. We have been American National Insurance customers for many years---insuring our home, our two cars and my life insurance policy. We also got a reduction on our monthly car insurance payment by taking the Defensive Driving Course on line this fall.
