Isn't the moto what the patient/customer wants were paying for it this place don't care about that I guess bad experience also wanted to get the files to go to another dentist and they wouldn't release anything until bill was paid in full had to wait until insur got billed to pay it and then ofcourse remaining we paid just to get the records that don't sound right at all something is fishy there we all have the right to get our records even if there was a balance they did offer to give them out if i paid in full before Insur paid there half like I would trust that after the experience there main point they dont care about there people

Poor Alicia below she must be a nut case. I’m a first time patient. They were flexible in working with my schedule, they also had me sign a release of information and helped me get my records, they took care of the insuranceetc. Dr Connelly was thorough and patient listening to my history and issues. He spent an hour with me not rushing in and out.

I stopped by because I had an irritating wire in my braces, now let me remind you this guy is a dentist, not an orthodontist. Well... he was an orthodontist as well as a dentist; he dropped his orthodontist profession. But, he still had all of the ortho. equipment left over. The bottom braces wire was gouging into my gums, and it hurt very much. I stayed at the KOA campground the night before, also a nice place, and I asked them for a pair of dikes. They didn't know what dikes were, but they let me dig through their tool drawer and I found 3 pairs! So I took them back to camp, (I'm a boy scout) and cleaned an old rusty pair. We first tried to move the wire back, in order to pull it out of my gums. The wire was to stiff. Next we tried to snap the wire off of my gums... too hard. My next step was to return the dikes and find a dentist in Cloquet. They recommended the nicest, most kind dentist I found out to have ever met. I walked in the office late... no problem. The office was closed on Mondays... again, no problem. I laid down on his dentist bed, and he took a good look at my wire. I told him what was wrong; he took a look at it again, and fixed me right up. I now have a no trouble (so far) with his fix. He moved the wire back into my bracket... and voila! It was fixed! He kept me on file, and I offered to pay $20; he wouldn't take it. Let me remind you, he was supposed to be closed today! Terrific guy, and would definitely recommend him for any dental emergency! Or any dental care period.
