Worst bank Ive ever had. They have more system updates and system issues than anyone, ever! My card has been declined at a store multiple times, just for me to call the bank and them say its an error on our part!. I couldnt not recommend this bank to anyone, not even for a savings account

This bank used to be great. But after their system change things have gone downhill. Auto pay doesnt work most of the time so have fun with late fees and points off your credit thanks to these people. I had also applied for a home loan pre-approval, never again with northwoods. My file was thrown around for nearly 2 months with no answers to why I havent heard anything back. Finally after getting the run around for that length of time I was pre approved for a little bit by that time the home I was going for was gone. Finally I find out today that my financial information was given to someone who isnt me and isnt on my account today, this is totally unacceptable. If you think your funds, credit and personal information is safe with northwoods think again.

Customer service was not helpful and can never get through. Ive had to get multiple new cards cause they dont work properly. I have had to leave work early multiple times and spend hours drive back and forth to pull money out cause my card never works. It has been such a headache and so much money and time spent its not worth it

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I wasn't sure what I needed to do to use the mobile deposit on their app. Call customer service was told to sign it put the account number and take a clear picture. Come to find out check was rejected because was never told to write Mobile deposit on back of check. I don't have the check anymore and they're not willing to do anything to help me resolve the matter. So now I'm out $500. I tried talking with several people at the bank and none willing to help. I don't recommend anybody using this Bank
