North Factor put in a new starter and battery in October 2020 in my 2013 Honda Foreman. It was shockingly expensive! The four wheeler still started hard through the next year . In December of 2021 the four wheeler would not start again during a cold snap. Brought it back and although the warranty was only 12 months the North Factor owner (Matt) went ahead and covered the cost for a new starter and battery and only charged me one hour labor since it had only been 14 months since the original fix. Appreciate his willingness to work with the customer!

Will never go back to them. Had them work on my arctic cat and instead of working on the carb thay put a different drive belt on that was way to small and had nothing wrong with the old one was way over charged

Needed my Oman 4000 generator worked on. Tried everywhere and found no help. Talked to Matt and brought it there. It runs like a top. My 5th experience at north factor and always great results. Thanks Matt
