Did not receive an email from you Eric or I would have responded.I ordered two hand muffs from Berdette and they were not stitched correctly...I sent him pictures and multiple emails and was shrugged off or ignored every time.Just sent a email to your company will wait for a response until then my feedback will remain the same.
