We had an excellent experience in building our pulte home at adelwood. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pulte did a great job of guiding us through building our home in Adelwood in Chaska, MN. The home was built well and everyone did their part to put together the home we wanted.

Highly recommend Del Webb and Pulte as builders. Colleen in the sales office was incredible right up to and during the construction process. She was responsive to questions and was excellent to work with. We were out of state during the building process and Jim Lund, construction manager, provided timely updates including a virtual walkthrough which worked well. We think Adelwood is going to more than meet our expectations!

I thought all the Pulte people were fantastic.I was anxious to move in and lock a decent interest rate. I found out that rate locks are done 60 days before closing. This is the industry standard. This is my first and only build and found the process very streamlined and easy todo. Its the waiting that gets ya, but things can only go so fast because of material needed, etc. Ive been watching Pulte for three years before I built so this wasnt a snap decision for me. Kudos to team Pulte.
