I'm always completely satisfied with my drinks here. Fast and friendly service! However, AVOID coming on Sunday mornings. Doesn't matter what time in the morning. They are always extremely busy - store and drive-thru are packed to the brim and you'll be waiting 20+ minutes. Not their fault, just be aware! Otherwise, I love this place!

On top of the drinks tasting horrible. Chaskas Dunkin Donuts treats their customers very poorly. I went there 3 times. 2 times out of three my drinks were very disappointing for the price. The first time, I didnt get a drink, only foods. The second time, I had to come back and ask for more caramel, because I noticed that it was extremely water based. And the third time was just a disaster. I had ordered a drink, and it was full of ice. Top to bottom. The consistency of the drink was extremely watery and tasted like straight WATER!!! I called the manager and asked to get it replaced, which he had accepted, in a very condescending manner (youre probably gonna get the same thing, but you can come back and pick up another one). However, I dont think constantly having to come back to a place for bad service complaint is fair to the customer. Therefore, I came back the next day, and asked for my order replacement very politely, and was told I told you to come in yesterday, and thats kind of unfortunate you didnt come because you wont get that order today which made zero sense. So I left the drive thru very upset. Heres a picture of what I wanted vs what I got (only difference is 2 more pumps of caramel). DO BETTER

Drew I believe is her name is AWESOME! We go pretty frequently and I would say 90% of the time we go she is working, She is super nice and always greets each customer in a timely manner!
